1 General Introduction

tkgem is an online mobile gaming platform operating in the Bangladesh market. This document ("Terms & Conditions") forms a legal agreement between tkgem ("Platform") and each member ("User") who uses tkgem's website and services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using any service on our platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood and agreed to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

These terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines — together they form a complete agreement.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use tkgem's services, all of the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must be a legally capable person with the right to enter into a contract on your own behalf.
• You must operate the account in your own name and for yourself.
• The same person may not operate more than one account.
• You must not be a person previously removed or banned from our platform.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

Providing accurate and complete personal information is mandatory when creating an account at tkgem. If your name, date of birth, email address or phone number is incorrect, account verification may not be completed.

3.2 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing them with anyone or allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each person may only operate one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all balances and bonuses will be cancelled.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

tkgem currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Typical withdrawal time: 10–45 minutes.

4.2 Withdrawal Verification

Identity verification ("KYC") may be required before a withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals will generally be made through the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency will not be accepted.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tkgem offers new members a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to each bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 total must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are for personal, recreational use only.
• Any attempt to earn a bonus by exploiting system errors will result in cancellation.
• tkgem reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or device are not allowed.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Nature of Service

tkgem offers various gaming options including slots, live casino, cricket betting and card games. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed before the game starts.

6.2 Technical Errors

tkgem reserves the right to void the result of a round if an abnormal situation arises due to a software or server error. The platform is not obligated to pay incorrect prizes displayed as a result of an error.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, automated software or any artificial aid.
• Syndicate betting ("arbitrage"), bonus abuse or collusion.
• Attempting to exploit weaknesses in the game engine.
• Hacking, phishing or any attempt to breach platform security.

If any such activity is detected, tkgem reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit all associated funds.

7 VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

tkgem's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular play.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply to a single account only. tkgem reserves the right to amend VIP terms at any time.

8 Responsible Gaming

tkgem places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is for entertainment — not addiction.

• Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their own account.
• The self-exclusion feature can be used to suspend an account for a specified period.
• If you experience gaming-related problems, our support team will assist you.

9 Intellectual Property & Content Use

All content on the tkgem website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and game interfaces — is protected under the intellectual property rights of tkgem or its respective providers.

• Copying, reproducing or distributing any part of the site.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
• Issues with the user's own device or network.
• Unauthorized third-party activities that are directly outside tkgem's control.

tkgem's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

12 Account Closure & Termination of Service

12.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request account closure at any time through our support team. Please withdraw any eligible balance before closing.

12.2 Closure at tkgem's Initiative

tkgem reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Providing a false identity or age.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• A legal directive or order from a regulatory authority.

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Guidelines together form the entire agreement between the user and tkgem, and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.

If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full effect.

If tkgem does not enforce a term, that does not mean the term has been waived.
